Returns and exchange details
Due to the delicate nature of antique and vintage garments, all items are final sale. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us. We encourage you to ask for any additional details or measurements in regards to the item before you purchase. Please purchase bearing in mind that, unless otherwise stated or marked ‘dead stock’, these items are pre-worn, pre-loved, and have had a previous life. As such, some wear consistent with the item’s age should be expected, and extra care should be taken in wear, cleaning, and storage of your garment. We take great care to describe items accurately, and any specific issues will be mentioned in the garment’s description.
All payments must be completed day of purchase. We won't ship until payment has cleared.
If you would like to reserve an item, please message us. We reserve items for 2 days.
We will consider layaway options for items over $200, with payment plans spanning no more than 2 months.
All shipments include tracking and are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Post times are estimated and may arrive later than expected in some cases. If you would like to pay for extra insurance on your package, please let us know when you make your purchase.
Prairie La Crosse is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items caused by shipping provider, or items lost due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, Prairie La Crosse is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, the package is no longer in our control and we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.
